These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings made with Celtic Highland Tours  (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By booking a tour, you agree to the terms below.

1. Booking & Payment

* A deposit is required to secure your booking 30 days prior to the booking date.
* Deposits are processed safely through our third-party payment provider.
* The remaining balance (if applicable) must be paid as instructed on the tour date.

2. Cancellations

We will do our best to accommodate reasonable changes you request.
Major itinerary changes may affect pricing.

4. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover cancellations, illness, delays, and lost property.

5. Your Responsibilities

* You must provide accurate personal information.
* Please arrive on time for your tour.
* Follow safety instructions given by your guide.

6. Our Responsibilities

We will deliver your tour with reasonable skill, safety, and care.
We cannot be held liable for:

* Loss of personal belongings
* Injuries arising from behaviour that disregards safety guidance
